Tried my hand at a Japanese style knife

1084 knife steel 1/8th thick and Clay Hamon line and cocobolo handle scales. The pictures do not do it justice but I think it came out well.

Nice knife Sgt. M and glad to see you post again.  I like the overall design and size of this one.

Nice knife!    What did you have in mind for its primary use?

Well I modeled it after a Seppuku or "Hari Kari" knife ritual suicide knife. So I have absolutely no use for it besides perhaps a self defense weapon to have in the house.

That's exactly what I thought it looked like, which prompted me to wonder about your state of mind at present.......hang in there, Sgt.!       We're all in this together!

Looks nice.  It must have been a momentary glitch with PB.
