gyuto chef knife in brown mallee a WIP

this is one i'll start on tomorrow
and do in 1/16th,in 1095HC.
blade 9.5'in
oal14'1/2
handle' brown mallee burl.
this will be my eveyday kitchen knife.
i may even do one in 1/8th'in 1095HC.
will post as i go.

thank you greg for posting.
the knife blanks in the photo are 1/8th.in and 5/32th 1095.
the other two I did in 1'1/6th i did not like they were to flimsy it seemed.
anyhow tomorrow I'll try to finish up on these two.
thye piece of wood in the photo is the brown mallee,
it trully is some beautiful wood. one is for a customer
the other for me, heh heh.
