Mother's Day Eve Dinner
« on: May 12, 2018, 05:20:00 PM »
Had my mom over for a Mother's Day Eve Dinner tonight. Filet Mignon, Grilled Shrimp, Baked Potatoes and a Salad. Good stuff. Steaks Sous Vided at 129 F for 1 hour and seared on the grill for a couple of minutes. Good stuff.

Those steaks look amazing, the grill marks make it look even better.

Great looking food.  We took Kelly's Mom out to eat at lunch yesterday.  Nobody could eat dinner we were so full.
