Anyone know the manufacturer

An old axe ive been using for years to chop fire lightrrs. Ive decided to give it a shaft and a wee refurb. Im just curious about the history.

You have to use a photo imaging host like Photobucket or Imjur, copy the link and paste it into your post.   There may also be a minimum number of posts required before you can post photos, but I can't remember for certain. :P


BTW....I can see the linked photo by clicking on it, but I have no idea who the maker is.  Upthecreek may chime in and offer his expertise.....he is the guru of axes here at B&B. :hail:

I did some quick looking around on Yesteryears site  http://www.yesteryearstools.com/Yesteryears%20Tools/Home.html  and didn't find anything.  I remember my Dad had some Samson tools around the horse farms that had a similar mark (kinda looks like an "S" or an "A").
