New Holster
« on: September 16, 2017, 03:02:37 PM »
I was inspired by Mannlicher's thread Here Piggy Piggy and decided to make a holster for my Glock G 41 with TLR-1 HL attached.  Well, I messed up and had the stitching too close.  I could not stretch the leather enough to make it fit.  Rather than trash some perfectly good leather, I grabbed a smaller firearm and put in a little extra stitching.  Here is the result.

Yes.  A large vacuum chamber would be nice, but.......... gotta use what you have.

Nice work, Crash. I still want to try a holster.

I guess the more stitches per inch, the less the leather will stretch?

Nicely done mate.
Don't kill unless for the pot. Don't fell a green tree for a pole if there are dry poles nearby. Study the bush, learn to read its secrets; watch the mason fly building and go to the ant for another lesson... then you'll realise the bush is your friend.
