Recurve bow deer hunt
« on: October 30, 2017, 02:02:36 PM »
Hey everyone,

Had a chance to get out for the first time with a recurve bow. Had a great time! I wish I have a camera mount for my bow though!

Enjoy,

I really like your videos, flatlander.....and especially this one.      It doesn?t get much better than that, either......nice crisp morning and a decent doe with a recurve.  I also like the way you turned it into a family event.....those times are the ones your kids will remember most! :fire1:      As it should be.

Kudos to whoever carved the minion-o'lantern pumpkin!

Way to go flatlander!  That was all round awesome!  Congrats on your first recurve deer and that dinner looked good.  First time I've rattlesnake and fresh tenderloin cooked at the same time!  haha!

Thanks everyone!! It was an awesome experience! Had beautiful weather. My daughter carved the minion pumpkin, she has an artistic talent for sure. Thanks for embedded the video, I have yet to learn how to do that correctly.

This works on my iPad, but may be different on other devices:  As the video is up and running, tap on the image and a 'swoosh arrow' will appear in the upper right hand corner; tap on it.  Several choices will appear, one of which will be 'copy link'.....tap on it and a small banner will appear at the bottom indicating success.  Then come back to your post here and tap on where you want it to appear in your post. Done!

Works for me, anyway.
