Quick Trip
« on: July 17, 2016, 07:13:16 AM »
Some pics from when the wife and I went fishing on thursday

She's the only one that caught a fish. A little smallmouth bass.

While we where fishing a doe wandered across the park behind us. Pics are a little grainy.

That's how most of our fishing trips turn out.  Quality time together is what counts, though!

Yep, quality time with your significant other is important.  Fishing is about as quality time as it gets.  Looks like a nice creek.

Looks like you had a great time and caught a few fish to boot.  Score.

Looks like a nice time.  Smallmouth are fun fish to catch especially when they jump.  Good times!

Reminds me of a friend that graduated with me, a grandfather, that now has the good fortune of teaching his grandson to fish.  The last three trips to Gavin's Point Dam shows that he must be doing a good job of it.....the grandson has caught several nice walleye and catfish while he has caught NOTHING!
