  I've had my Enzo Trapper for a couple of years now and it's one of my favorites,  mine has the scandi grind edge that is slowly going convex because of repeated stropping,  but it cuts and slices like a razor,  it's just a great all around outdoors knife,  and the price is low considering the quality.

you can find this knife in Elmax with flat or scandi grind.  The finished blank runs about $90

 And a Bargain at that price,  My Trapper is in 01 and was finished from a blank,  it's been and continues to be a great sportsman's knife, mine is scaled in white paper micarta.

I picked up one of the 115 Elmax Trappers (flat grind) after seeing quite a few positive comments on Elmax. I don't know what the hardness rating is, but I cannot seem to really sharp edge on it. No where close to my flat ground Trapper 95 in N690.

Elmax runs about 60-61 HRC so it is harder to sharpen.  I have a Trapper 95 in M2 steel and it is about 59 HRC and also is hard to get really sharp.  I have the scandi grind which is a bit easier to hold a consistent edge on a diamond stone and it still takes awhile to get it sharp. 

I have read that if the abrasives you are using are not suitable for stainless steel it won't get it sharp.
