Well, its been more than a year since he asked me to make him a knife.. Several delays have halted my progress, but this one is FINALLY off the list!!

Hope it was worth the wait Greg!!

Steve, all I can say is HELL YEAH. That is one gorgeous knife and sheath combo, definitely worth the wait. And I love the color combination that you came up with, beautiful. I also appreciate you taking me through the whole build process and answering my questions along the way. Can't wait to get it in my hands and give it some quality outdoors time. Thanks again.

Technically, no. You are the first and last commissioned knife of 2014, but I did just make one for the KITH we did here last month.

Red's knife and sheath survived an overnight soaking in freshwater.  A little care and all was good.  You made a smart investment.   :)

Congrats Greg, its a beauty all around. Great job Steve, I wish I could find some more of that yellow boxelder. I had the one set I used on the B&B blade giveaway, and loved the look.
Let me know when my number gets close. Glad to see your getting time in the shop. Been enjoying the cooler days and nites.

Got the knife in the mail today. All I can say is that pictures don't do this knife justice, it is truly a work of art. Thanks so much Steve for making this knife for me, I'll surely put it to good use.

Beautiful!

You once told me that I had "no ring rust" after making a knife after a break of a couple of months. Well I have to say that you definitely picked up right where you left off with this one! Great job on the knife, sheath, photography... everything.

Thanks man :) That one I did for the KITH I feel like I could have done better on, and I am sure there are some things I could have done better on this one as well.. But overall, I was happy with the end result, and as long as YY is happy, I am happy
