Local Fish Species
« on: June 19, 2016, 05:46:24 PM »
I'm mostly a saltwater fisherman. I love it because there is such a variety of species, you never know what you'll pull up on the end of your line. I thought I'd post a few pictures of the various fish that I catch in my area.

Sea Trout come in various sizes:

Snook, they put up a great fight:

Redfish, I like mine Blackened:

Who doesn't love a nice Flounder?

Every once in a while, I'll throw a cast net for some fresh bait. Sometimes I just like to watch others throw their nets.

And one of my goals this summer is to become a better fly fisherman. It looks like a lot of fun.

So, any interesting fishes in your area?

There are some really nice ones in this photo essay.  I like those big ones myself.

Yep, some of the fish aren't bad either
