Crashblade
« on: May 06, 2017, 03:00:24 PM »
Dave stopped by today, and dropped off my new Crashblade.  5 1/4 inch 1095 steel.  Stock is .118 thick.  Blued.  The well sized handle is Dave's own BlueJean Micarta.  It's sharp, sturdy and good looking.   :)
Dave made the sheath as well.   I am very pleased.   :)

That is a nice one.

used it in the kitchen tonight.  Salad prep, and cutting up Italian Sausages for my meat sauce.  It excels with food prep.

Glad you like it Sam.  If that bluing wears, I used Birchwood Casey Super Blue.  Real easy to touch up.
