Our kids got us a Lodge charcoal hibachi for our 50th ann. 4 years ago; it's been marvelous for fixing meals for the two of us these past summers. One of our favorites has been grilled artichokes with steaks, and I've got a big rack of buffalo ribs I think I'll split and do up on the rig for a couple of meals next week. Don't just beat the heat--CELEBRATE IT!
