Emailing members through the site, some important notes.


If you use the email button on the site to send a member an email, that email comes from the website. So, if they in turn reply to the sender (in this case, the site), that email will come to the admin email inbox here on the B&B domain, and probably never find it's intended recipient.

Please check when replying to member emails to make sure your reply is addressed to the intended recipient.

For those members sending emails through the site, you may continue to do so, but I recommend sending email directly from your email client. It is less convenient, but it eliminates lost emails where the reply is sent to the B&B domain instead of back to you.
