Title: New Holster
Post by: crashdive123 on September 16, 2017, 03:02:37 PM
I was inspired by Mannlicher's thread Here Piggy Piggy and decided to make a holster for my Glock G 41 with TLR-1 HL attached.  Well, I messed up and had the stitching too close.  I could not stretch the leather enough to make it fit.  Rather than trash some perfectly good leather, I grabbed a smaller firearm and put in a little extra stitching.  Here is the result.

Looks good.  Can you bring it to Kicco so I can trace just the outline?

Yes.  A large vacuum chamber would be nice, but.......... gotta use what you have.

Still wanting (needing?) a holster for the original plan, I finished this one today.

Nice work, Crash. I still want to try a holster.

I guess the more stitches per inch, the less the leather will stretch?
