Happy New Year!, John!
:)

And a Happy New Year! to everyone at B&B as well!
:)

I love being out in the woods!   I like this quote from Mors Kochanski - "The more you know, the less you carry". I believe in the same creed, & think  "Knowledge & honed skills" are the best things to carry with ya when you're out in the wilds. They're the ultimate "ultralight" gear! ;)

Happy New Year and best wishes to everybody at B&B.

I have to say it's heartening to log on first thing in the morning and see so many members here at one time,  it's been a long time since I've experienced that.

Happy New Year all.  Hope you all brought in the New Year in style.  My wife and I watched movies on the Thin Man theme until 10:00 PM and then called it a day.   Well, it was midnight in New York I guess.   :-\

Same here.....had popcorn with a movie and were in bed by 11PM.  Then we were up @ 4AM to take my sister in-law to the airport for a 6AM flight in record low -24F temperatures.  Stepping out into that kind of weather from a nice warm bed is not cool........it's COLD!   Not much snow here, either.....I suppose, cumulatively, we have around 4" on the ground and it's like feathers, so if the wind comes up or will not be pretty! :-\    Good day to stay home by the fire and celebrate our 30th anniversary. O:-)

HAPPY NEW YEAR, EVERYONE!
