A knife for me this time.
« on: May 15, 2018, 09:44:40 PM »
I am a hobby knifemaker, and enjoy making knives for people who want something special. This time I wanted something special for myself. I ordered the Roselli Hunter blade, and fabricated a thick copper guard. I used dyed and stabilized maple burl for the handle, and fitted the sheath that I purchased from Ragnar. I thought that I would send along some pictures for you to see.  Thanks for looking.

Like the redhead that chooses the green blouse, that copper guard really goes well with the green burl.  Nice eye for attention to detail and a really well done knife & sheath combo, Jeff.

Nice work! Like wolfy said, I like the green and copper combination.

Nice job on that one Jeff.  Handle and copper are great.  That blade looks like it would be just the ticket for gutting and skinning.

I like the handle contours.
