My quarantine partner and I were watching this information packed video when he mentioned something about the wind blowing his floating compass away and he would be left holding his dick in his hand.  My wife smiled at that and said he is a smart fellow.   :P

I knew about starting fire with a battery but actually had not thought about making a compass with a wire and metal tool. 

Of course we bushcrafty people would have all the stuff to make life tolerable so we didn't have to further disable our motorcycle in the event of an emergency.  Water in a inner tube works unless you have tubeless tires like on a Yamaha Super Tenere.  All in all a good video and this guy has become one of my favorites since you told me about him some time back.
