Too far away for me. I wish I could justify it. Lots of great personalities in one place.

Never been to a Rabbit Stick meet before, although I have heard of them for some time..
& I would like to go, if it wasn't costly & didn't interfere with other doins I have in my life.

But, I have made & thrown a few in my life. Sometimes I hit...Sometimes I miss...

 ;)

But as far as going to Idaho... I think I am gonna Miss... this time anyhow...
 ;)

You asked, 7.62...??  You going??

I love being out in the woods!   I like this quote from Mors Kochanski - "The more you know, the less you carry". I believe in the same creed, & think  "Knowledge & honed skills" are the best things to carry with ya when you're out in the wilds. They're the ultimate "ultralight" gear! ;)

I live in Idaho but never have attended Rabbitstick.

Rabbitstick runs from Sept. 13 through the 19 for 2015.
http://backtracks.net/rabbitstick.html

Registration is $300 (early) and $375 (late) for the event.

I will be curious of a trip report of anyone who decides to Rabbitstick?

I've got to hit this one of these one of these years.  Between Chickenstick and the jamboree in NC That time of year is crowded.
At least it's not a femur through the pelvis.

We got back from Rabbit Stick saturday night. The weather was kind of rough this year, but all went well. It was a very busy week for the wife and I. She works with the kids in the kids program, this was her 25th year working with the kids at Rabbit Stick. I ran the bookstore that we set up there, and I also ran the abo mart this year. Busy week, and a good week.
