The "P" isn't as rounded off on these like it is on the one that I have. Looks good.

Yes, this new batch was laser cut with a slightly different template than the ones I cut out by hand. They are also made from 1095 steel rather than O1, so I'm water quenching them, rather than oil quenching. The 1095 gets a little thicker "soft layer" on the surface than the O1 does, so I put a very slight back grind on them by hand to make sure the ferro rod striking edge has the hard inner core fully exposed.

What do they  go  for? I know  I asked a while ago  but my memory is crap  sometimes LOL  will be ordering one come the summertime :D no  loot for one now I'm afraid lol

Just out of curiosity, will these fit in an altoids tin? I use one as my fire kit.
