Turkey Tetrazini for your Billy Can

This recipe is adapted from the WLS Cookbook from the 1940s.

1 cup of left over turkey, or 1 5-oz can
1 cup of white sauce ( see white sauce mix thread)
1/2 cup cooked spaghetti, cut into pieces
1/2 cup mushrooms, or a small can of mushrooms, drained
1/3 cup shredded cheese
3/4 cup of cracker crumbs

Bring sauce to a boil, add turkey, mushrooms, cheese and most of the bread crumbs. Add salt and pepper to taste.  Simmer for a minute or two, top with remaining bread crumbs and serve.
