A new area in the basement?
« on: April 17, 2012, 11:11:10 AM »
Hey PW or Red...     could you put a new spot down below for "technical difficulties"  ?     After reading on "help' thread we have alot of puter guru's here and I have  question on my monitor.  I just dont know where to put it.....  ?

And then theres the tiller.....

And the carberator on the truck....

Your probably scratchin yer head wondering what that has to do with Blades and Bushcraft... well.. my only explaination is.. I trust getting an answer here with you guys.   And besides.. if I'm stuck on trying to fix things I cant be outside starting fires and playing with sharp things......   hows that for justification?  ha ha...

I'll run it by Red and see what he thinks. Should be ok. We will just need to think of an appropriate category and title for it.

If you guys decide to do this you should try to input some cheesy hold music when people open the topic...

So it will have the REAL technical assistance feel to it  ;D

The message can read something like this;

"Thank you for your patience, your question is important to us, as soon as Red and PetrifiedWood are done napping they might make time for your question"

and barely off frequency so there is a hint of static to make it truly annoying.

Wonderful!    Maybe I should bribe Red with some peanutbutter topped brownies?  :)

Just "technical difficulties'  would work..   :)
Or DIY fixits?  :)

And I have this monocular I found.. but cant see nothing through it...
And Bobberbabe has this new reel on her fishing pole that wont cast....

Ya know.. those kind of 'fix its' too....

LOL  ODE...      there was one call I made I actually was upset cuz the music was a fun song...  and she answered.

Ok, we've made a few changes We added a new "Bushcraft" category to take some of the pressure from the general discussion category. And, we have added a "help desk" section to the general discussion category. ;)

Enjoy!

...and make it voice-interactive too.  "For computer assistance, please say 'computer'.  For bow drill assistance, please say 'bow drill'...sorry, I did not catch that.  Please say..."
