Well, now we're in CO. We've found a place and we're getting settled in, little by little. We got out for a little hike today. It was close to town so it was a little high traffic for us, but we had a good time either way.
Weather was cold but not too bad, just below freezing.

A little bit off one of the trails in the area are remnants of an old Boy Scout camp. Don't know anything else about it.

Beside the chimney this was the only trace I could find of any structures.
We went a little further in and had ourselves a snack and a bit of coffee. You'll notice I have a new pack. A French F2 ruck. It's pretty comfortable and I like it so far. Could be decent for a summer overnighter. I believe NatureBoy has one too.

We didn't rack up many miles, just exploring the area. The sun was behind the mountains and it was getting colder. Finn was ready to get back home.

Glad to be back, everybody. Hope you're all doing well.
