Last orders for this year
« on: December 19, 2016, 03:50:42 PM »
A week before the Sydney knife show I had a fairly serious shop incident..

2 fingers slashed and weeks of recovery. As such my work making knives dropped off substantially.

I had a few patient customers who waited til I was healed and placed their orders. I was grateful for their patience and understanding and here are my last pieces for the year..

Happy new year everybody...

These are all O1 with synthetic handles

This guy is my first RWL34 blade for a customer.. Its great stuff, I just wish it wasn't so expensive....

Great design and the workmanship sure looks good.

Those are all great looking knives!!  I really like the looks of your native hardwood, I need to see if it can be found here in the States, I really like it.

I think the closest equivalent for you would be curly koa.. I gave up on importing striped/tiger maple from the US :)
