Camillus Titanium?
« on: February 24, 2018, 03:34:25 PM »
Anyone have good advise on this? I couldn't pass it up on the clearance rack for$9.99. I also got nite ize stainless LOCKING key chain carabiners to add to the tie outs on the new tarp I made. The large biner will be used for the sheath on my belt loop since I don't wear a belt!!  If you notice there is a small plastic loop that slides into the bottom of the wire gate so it can't open.

I'll do a review once I get it outside and abuse it some. Right now it looks like the spine will scrape a ferro nicely. The edges seem very sharp. The handle grips decent and the whole thing is VERY light. Not sure this sheath won't dull the edge though. Fits tight, I don't think it'll need the snap closure unless it loosens up over time.

Full tang 9.75" long 4.5" blade.

Me neither.

That is a bargain and the knife should be pretty good.  I like that key thing too although I only have three keys to my name these days.

That last picture you added is great.  Neat knife and that key thing makes a good dangler.

I have combination locks and have lost the combination.  I have locks with no keys.  I have keys with no locks.  My life is unsecured.

So this things been holding up well. I cut a sumac that was growing through a cinder block I had to move. I cut notches like an axe would make a few v cuts at a time until I got through it. Still crazy sharp.

I did notice nearly the same knife for the same price at wally's camping section. :-\

How did the handle feel when doing 'heavy duty' work?  It LOOKS comfortable.

I've seen those and wondered about them. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and the follow up. I really like your carabiner idea.
