We ain't Dallas, Omaha, or Kansas City, but we can grill a pretty mean steak. Bone in ribeyes about 2 inches thick done to a perfect medium rare. Sorry, no after pics.

Oh man! That looks so good. We can grill in the winter but it's hard to keep both sides hot when it's only 2*F above Zero. I see you've got green grass in the background. If we had a picture there would be 8 inches of snow in the background. We are so looking forward to spring. That little whiff of smoke to the right of the steak---- I can just smell it. I'm envious.

Looks Good. Sounds Good.
2* is on the cold end for sure Pete. You could try the meats that cook low and slow. Also flip more often.

As Alton Brown would say, "That looks like some seriously GOOD EATS!" Nice work, Nuke.
Our grill is still buried under a snowdrift, but it's still 'prime rib season' here, anyway.
BTW, I wonder which NEBRASKA feedyard those babies came from?

Looks good to me too Nuke.
Don't know as I would care to see what that steak looks like after it is eaten.
