new shop before winter a WIP
« on: July 26, 2018, 09:00:08 PM »
tomorrow i'm starting on my new knife shop. to say it's an ambitious under taking
would be sugar coating it. I'm going to clean and redo my old summer kitchen
into my new knife shop. it's 30x12 feet insulated a 6'in concrete floor and has cabinets and countertops
along both walls. i'll use a wood stove to heat. the best part i think will be it will have organisation.
something my current shop is laking as you all can see from photos i've posted.

it will be a all year shop no more a couple months a year thing. i'll post a few pics when i've cleaned it out a bit.

You're going to have to build another building to use up all that plywood you hoarded.  You could trade some for spme corrugated tin and build a carport.

Today i'll try to lay some 3/4 ply down over the concreete
floor. to insulate it some and be easyer on the feet. i need to reframe a door.
sweep and bleach some lower cabinets and so on.
the stove is out as are the canning jars.
so i'll try to post a photo after the floor is layed.
on again Thank you greg.
