When I last did that sort of hunting/photography in heavy snow areas or goose hunting in snow covered corn fields we used a white hazmat suit made of Tyvek.  Coveralls that made a lot of noise when you moved around as I recall.  Waterproof so not for use in high exertion situations but way better than a vinyl raincoat.
They last more than one use but probably won't hold up in brush country.

I bought mine at a store in Colorado but they similar to these:  https://www.amazon.com/white-hazmat-suit/s?page=1&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3Awhite%20hazmat%20suit
