Sounds about right for just a trip to the grocery store.  F'n idiots on the road no matter where you are, where you're going, or how long (or short) the trip might be.

My cussing never starts until I get to a town, unless I hit a Fng deer.

I am a firm believer that anyone who drives slower than me is a moron and anyone who drives faster is a maniac.  :-X

Clearly you guys have not run into (figuratively) any Rhode Island drivers yet,  there are no cuss words strong enough to describe them.

From today until the day after Christmass I am not leaving the house, the holidays make people crazy and it is reflected in their driving. There is no holiday craziness in our house, it is not allowed

Was up in Lauderdale the other day at Bass Pro.  The 19 mile return trip to the condo took 1 1/2 hours of nail biting terror, and anger inducing stupid drivers.   Wow!

Well Blowing Rock NC is a pretty mellow place to drive.  But you might as well walk.  My skiing on the other hand has not just taken a turn for the worst.  It has bottomed out.

Was over in Grand Forks the other day and on the 90 mile drive home I might have seen a dozen cars. Biggest stress a was a bit of fog. Slowed us down to about 50 for a stretch. No worries. I remember those days of living in a densely populated city. Memphis was the worst place I lived. All the lines on the road would disappear when it rained. It was just a free for all driving at night in the rain because there were no lanes.
