The more things change, the more they remain the same.

I like the looks of both the Fire Ant & the sheath too. I will keep it in mind if I decide to purchase another knife! There seems to be quite a few great knives here at B&B. Lots of competition..
I have noticed one thing for sure...
You all do fine work!

Thanx for making the fine offer also! That is a good deal!
:D

I love being out in the woods!   I like this quote from Mors Kochanski - "The more you know, the less you carry". I believe in the same creed, & think  "Knowledge & honed skills" are the best things to carry with ya when you're out in the wilds. They're the ultimate "ultralight" gear! ;)

Mario,  you have a very nice looking knife,  it looks like it would be a great user,  but the sheath leaves me curious,  what's the need for all those straps and snaps for,  I may be missing something but there seems to be more leather and fasteners than is actually needed in a sheath and appears to be just for looks.
In youth we learn,   with age we understand.

Hello Moe M.
The straps are needed to hold the sheath on your belt horizontally.
Just remove the part that holds the sheath to your belt vertically, and you get a sheath for use in horizontal.
Is a simple way to make the sheath more versatile in use.
Thank's for your interest.
If you want to know more just ask.
