What an interesting video. As always, a pro makes the task look quite easy. As Max says "Great accent" and as I watched it with closed captions on the CC writing got a bit confused a few of his words.
Watching this and getting a bit of the history of the craft in the days of the big brewers using wooden casks and so forth it is well worth the time as you see how the barrel is assembled and why. He is very good at showing the techniques.
The tools, especially the groove cutters and some of the specialty planes would be very hard to find. The hammers too, but they could be made easier that the planes.
