Sheath for my Opi
« on: February 17, 2012, 10:34:50 PM »
Made a sheath tonight  for my  opi  no  leather yet so  took some scrap from an old  pair of jeans  the guts of  some 550 cord for thread and a  piece of  550  cord done in a 2 strand twist  whipped with some bank line sewn on with  550 cord it ain't purdy but it  does the  job nicely sorta a semi  dangler style

Interesting take on the dangler style sheath... very cool use of non-traditional materials. Thanks for sharing!

I like seeing re-purposed materials like pouches from jeans. Mine mostly wind up as charcloth. :D

Looks like it'll work just fine until you get some leather.
