Another awesome thread!

Those sun 'circle' thingys are cool! I was told not to use my camera directly salt the sun in case I burn out my light meter thingamajig, so I've never seen those rings before... Cool. :thumbsup:

The sun halo is caused by the light passing through ice crystals.  In the first and third pics you can see a second halo starting (trying?) to form.
