Tough, tough question. When I had one, I really, really liked the Izula, but the "survival" and "tactical" knives have fallen out of favor with me, just as anything with plastic/rubber handles - which is why I got rid of all my once beloved Moras. I've even gotten rid of my SAKs. I currently just have my GRK Sheath knife, and I plan on putting my own handle on a blank. I don't know if this is "production" as you think of it, but, yeah. Never had a knife feels so right in my hand. Looking forward to the project.
I also want to find a very small scandi blade (I have a Roselli one, but it's actually too small) for putting a stacked handle on... As a carving necker knife. Very short, very sharp, detail work oriented. But, that's another topic...
So, if I had to choose, yeah.. GRK, and really just about any of those as they all seem "right" for me and my needs.
Edit: I also got to toy with a Queen folder the other day, I believe it was a whittler. I was really impressed with the quality, and I might buy a canoe, mini trapper, or liner lock to become my EDC. I also have my eye on the new Leatherman Rebar with the awl, that will be released sometime this year.
