RATS!!!  I missed the Mora Heavy Duty Companion.  That's what I get for hanging out in a gun store after IV therapy instead of coming straight home.  And I didn't even buy a gun.

I was given a pair of these by a friend here at B&B.  They are simply the best of several of these types of ice-grippers that I've tried.  The grippers are replaceable if they wear out.  WOLFY APPROVED!

Next up is a Catoma IBNS, Individual Bug Net System, this is a bug proof pop-up shelter with a waterproof bathtub floor.

Add an 8 x 10 tarp and you have an instant, lightweight, compact shelter system that sets up almost instantly.

Pop-up bed net is designed to protect its occupant from insects and has 4 corner straps for securely attaching onto a standard military cot or to stake out on the ground.

The tent itself is treated with Permethrin, an insect repellent that protects against mosquitoes and ticks and will repel most other insects.

The tent, when fully opened, has a zipper on both sides for ease of access.

Used in excellent condition - $75 shipped.

I pulled some pictures from the web, the only difference is the case is woodland not tan as shown.

I think it is about 1.9 lbs.   That is not bad at all, but it packs down to 13" x 13" x 3".

That was JTD.  Bighat didn't make that one.  And that was a torrential downpour for several hours.  I was in a deep puddle and stayed completely dry.

Next up are two woobies.

The first one is an original 1983 dated poncho liners in the old style ERDL woodland camouflage! The ERDL pattern was the woodland pattern that came around during Vietnam and was used until the newer M81 woodland pattern we all know from BDU's came around. These had to be some of the very last ones made in the ERDL Camo pattern.

This one is brand new, hidden away in a huge government warehouse for more than 30 years! I'm pretty sure it was found right next to the Arc of the Covenant.

A beautiful, rare and useful piece of gear you can own for $30.00 plus shipping

The second one is a new condition woobie in Marpat.  $25.00 plus shipping

First come, first served.

  Good deals!

I remember being issued the "poplin" ERTL pattern utilities (& even the poncho liner), with a single set of OD sateens & covers, so we wore the OD sateen cover with the ERDLs, until there was enough of the new M81 pattern available for us to all wear them as both Utilities & to have the woodland covers to match. The new issue M81 covers, in particular, were very hard to obtain in the beginning, although the "fatigues"/utilities were easier to come by & there was a "carry over" where both the OD sateen & the poplin camo (which was thinner than the new M81 issue) were allowed for wear & inspection until all had been able to obtain the new stuff. The poplin ERDL cammies were more like the sateens & did not have the reinforced knees & elbows that , if I remember correctly, the new stuff had. The old stuff we starch "blocked" our covers, both sateen & poplin, but the new ones we were told not to do that. I don't remember the reason for the change though. I still have some of that old stuff, along with the new though & wear some of that stuff on occasion, although it is a very tight fit around the shoulders & waist now. LOL imagine that... ;)

As ya know, Mike, I just got a couple liners from ya in the last year & love them. I don't know if they are the old style or the new, but they are grand! :-)

Anyway..Just some old memories shared... Thanks for the sharing the deals & I hope folks take advantage of them while they last.

For Thanksgiving I've decided to list something new and different.

1" Locking Slot Webbing. $1.00 / yard today only (regular price will be $1.69/ yard) and a minimum of 10 yards/ order. Free Shipping.

Lengths will be cut continuous up to 100 yards, past 100 yards it will be in 100 yard segments.

This is real military locking slot nylon webbing. It is a strong 1" wide 3500 pound test flat nylon webbing that is made much more versatile because there are 1.25" slots woven into it every 3.75"- giving you a slot every 5" on center.

With those slots you can weave it into any size custom cargo or safety net! Make custom nets for truck beds, Jeep or rock buggy cages, kids playgrounds and tree houses.... Anything you can imagine a net for you can make!

It's also super handy for other uses because you can hook a carbiner or other rigging into the slot. This means you can wrap around an object and tie off by hooking a carabiner into two slots anywhere along the length.

Great for making custom hammock straps and gear, or use in a tree stand!

Real military issue, brand new, made in the USA!

And my thanks to my friend Tim from Old Grouch for making this video.

Upon this a question arises: whether it be better to be loved than feared or feared than loved? One should wish to be both, but, because it is difficult to unite them in one person, it is much safer to be feared than loved.

NEXT UP, I HAVE THREE MARINE CORPS 498 COMBAT KNIVES WITH SHEATHS, These are Ontario's version, not Kabar and they will not be shipped until after Wednesday

ALL IN GOOD USED CONDITION $25.00 each plus shipping.

The Ontario 498 Marine Combat Knife is one of Ontario's U.S. Military Issue knives. The 498 Marine Combat knife is the chosen knife of the United State Marine Forces... for good reason. One of the most popular of the Ontario knives, the 498 Marine Combat Knife is 12" in overall length.

The 498 Marine Combat knife has a 7" clip point blade that is made of rugged and reliable 1095 carbon steel, with a Zinc Phosphate finish and is .165" thick

The handle of the 498 Marine Combat Knife is 5" long, is weather proofed leather (great for field use), and features a Steel buttcap.

The 498 Marine Combat Knife comes complete with a black leather sheath.

Upon this a question arises: whether it be better to be loved than feared or feared than loved? One should wish to be both, but, because it is difficult to unite them in one person, it is much safer to be feared than loved.

I have one Improved Combat Shelter (ICS) in new condition.

Description: The ICS is the next generation one soldier combat shelter currently being used by the U.S. military. This next generation shelter is made of lightweight, durable, flame resistant ripstop nylon.

Details: The ICS is a versatile, man-portable, shelter system for one person. The ICS tent consists of a shelter body, an attachable rain fly (provides a waterproof shelter and forms a shelter storage vestibule, it also can function separately as a hooch), support poles, ground stakes, carry bag, and a field repair kit. The ICS is a single-storage vestibule, one-person size, double-walled, free-standing shelter that strikes easily. The ICS provides protection from rain, wind, and snow in climates ranging from basic cold through tropical hot without leaking or collapsing. The shelter is made with flame resistant materials.

I took this out of its stuff sack once to set it up, it is new and complete.
