Welcome to Buckboard Woodworks
« on: August 29, 2012, 06:04:21 PM »
Hi, welcome to my little piece of Blades and Bushcraft.

Everything I make is by hand and most often by traditional methods.  If power tools are used they don?t go beyond a drill, jig saw, and circular saw.

I make things on speculation from time to time but I prefer doing commission work.  I will be posting some of the things I have made over the years.  Some are bushcrafty some are definitely not.

If there is something you would like to have made send me message and we will talk about it.  If I can do it I will.  If it is not within my abilities I am honest enough to tell you so up front.  Some of things I have made started out as ?I think I can and will try? with success and some with failure.  It is part of learning your craft as far as I am concerned.  Either way you will know where we are with your project if we collectively go forward with one.

I offer a 90 day workmanship warranty on everything I do.  That means if there is failure due to something I did in the process I will fix it, replace it, or refund your money, simple.

Some of you out there have items made by me and if you don?t mind I would appreciate a review by you with some photos of your item.  Unfortunately, your only pay from me will be a hearty thank you.  I think the best endorsements are those that are offered willfully.

Thanks for stopping by!

Buckskin

Welcome to the vendor forum.

I'm looking forward to seeing your wares.
Upon this a question arises: whether it be better to be loved than feared or feared than loved? One should wish to be both, but, because it is difficult to unite them in one person, it is much safer to be feared than loved.

Whoohoo!   I too have been a fan of your work.   Congrats on getting a vendors area.. :)

On particularly rough days when I'm sure I can't possibly endure, I like to remind myself that my track record for getting through bad days so far is 100% and that's pretty good.

Indeed, welcome!

We have had a few new vendors in a short space of time lately. It's nice to have more choices and a variety of different talents in our midst. :)
