Ulu Knife.  Blade width about 4-1/2".  Steel is probably D2 (was originally a paper cutting wheel).  Unlike a traditional Ulu, this blade is sharpened on both sides.  Scales are homemade bluejean Crashcarta with bamboo pins and red liners.  Offered at $165 with free shipping in the US (outside the US we'll figure it out).

I have been using one I got from Dave for about a month.  It is, to me, a perfect size for kitchen work with everything from meat to vegetables.  Hold an edge well too.
