Facelift
« on: June 05, 2021, 06:26:01 AM »
The first picture is one of the first knives that I made.  It was pretty much useless and ugly as sin.  For the past several years it has been relegated to sitting outside and digging in the garden.  Decided to give it a facelift.  The second picture is after knocking off the handles and the last is what it is now, along with some new pants.

Good grief that came out great.  I will second the Phoenix (or as my secretary wrote when I dictated a letter to a fellow in Arizona years ago ...... Fenix.)

My neighbor found a Randall that had been dropped a few years ago on his place when some guy was hunting on his land.  The guy came back a couple of times and walked everywhere he thought he might have been but couldn't find it.  I will show this to him so he can see what skill can do.

Nicely done Crash!  I thought maybe you posted the wrong pic on that last one so...yeah I would say heck of a transformation...be tter not leave it outside anymore :)

i used one of your early crachete's the other day for some light duty limb clearing and then to slice up a watermelon.  It worked great for both!
