My Meyer Lemon Tree
« on: November 17, 2021, 02:01:42 PM »
has been through a rough few years.  Flooding, drought, killer cold snaps and then high heat.  The harvest this year was a fraction of what it used to be.  I made marmalade with the few lemons I had.  The batch set up quick, tastes wonderful, and was easy to make.

Every time I hear the word 'kumquats' I think of the old W.C. Fields sketch......
