 Most fruit goes good with that kind of pastry, and it goes great with whipped cream, put 'em all together and you usually end up with a winner, Roll it up in crepe's and top with sweet whipped cream, another favorite of mine is mixed berries on a big Dutch/German pancake with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

We love pancakes but since MIL gave us a waffle maker we are hooked on them.  I'm going on the hunt for a cast iron waffle maker this summer for the cabin.

I have to really watch it on the ice cream.  I don't think they have a 12 step program I could get help at before I blow up to 400 lbs.

One of my best/worst experiences was the Cuisinart, countertop, 2 qt. ice cream freezer that Heather bought when our old White Mountain 6 qt. freezer gave up the ghost.....just too danged easy to make up a batch of homemade vanilla! :popcorn:

I love waffles!  One of the best foods ever made!  That looks awesome Tony!  Now I'll be craving one till I eat it.
