I want to do an update here. I do believe I have this perfected now. The elastic band glued into the handle slides into the notch at the other end. Making it much more secure and it carries very nicely in the pocket. I have rounded the "hump" more and it now has a larger diameter hole so the 1/8th" rod slides without restriction.
On top of this 91mm S.AK. version I designed also one for the classic. I can share the .STL files if you have a printer or I can pint one for ya. I usually charge $5 covers shipping and the filament.
I have royal blue, dark blue, black, glow in the dark, Gray, and red.
The firesteel.com Tiny is used in these. or any 1/8th x 2". The 91mm can be drilled a bit larger if you find a rod that's bigger than 1/8th but still under 1/4"
This is a Red PETG scale and a Glow in the dark PLA handle.

I still have to fix the handle on this one. The first one I printed shown here with the glow handle didn't have enough of a notch to secure the elastic cord. I made a deeper notch but then the rod stuck out too far on the end. It helps keep the cord in place but might be uncomfortable in the pocket. The handle design is different too.
